GFS 5Lbs Sharp Cheddar Cold Pack Cheese

1 Tbsp. Lowerys Season Salt

1 Tbsp. Garlic Salt

1 ½ Tsp. Ground Cyenne Pepper

½ Med. Onion Finely Chopped

3 Tsp. Garlic Minced

1 Can Beer

Divide ½ let sit to room temp.

Mix well with hand mixer.

Combine and mix all together.

Put into containers.

Can freeze.
