Big Daddy Biscuts
Ingredients
2 Cups of all-purpose flour
1-2 Tbsp of baking powder (depends on how I feel while making them)
1 1/2 Tbsp of white sugar
1 stick of cold butter or 1/3 cup of shortening.
1 cup of milk
1 Tsp. Salt
Directions
In large bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar
Cut in the butter or shortening. I use a pastery blender but you can just use two knifes going in oposite direction. it will start to look like little balls of dough.
Add milk.
Put on floured couter top.
Sprinkle top of dough with flour
knead it for a few folds until it’s no longer sticky.
Roll out about 1in thick and
Use a floured cup to cut out biscuts
Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake 425º 13 min or until browned
