Big Daddy Biscuts

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of all-purpose flour

  • 1-2 Tbsp of baking powder (depends on how I feel while making them)

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp of white sugar

  • 1 stick of cold butter or 1/3 cup of shortening.

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1 Tsp. Salt

Directions

  • In large bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar

  • Cut in the butter or shortening. I use a pastery blender but you can just use two knifes going in oposite direction. it will start to look like little balls of dough.

  • Add milk.

  • Put on floured couter top.

  • Sprinkle top of dough with flour

  • knead it for a few folds until it’s no longer sticky.

  • Roll out about 1in thick and

  • Use a floured cup to cut out biscuts

  • Place on greased baking sheet.

  • Bake 425º 13 min or until browned
