Bread Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg. Hot Roll Mix

  • 1 Cup Mashed Potato Flakes

  • 1 Tbsp. Dried Chives

  • 1Tsp. Dried Minced Onion

  • 1 ½ Warm Water

  • 2 Tbsp. Butter

  • 1 Egg

Directions

  • Invert 6 greased custard cups on greased cookie sheet.

  • Combine hot roll mix, potato flakes, chives onion and yeast.

  • Stir in water, butter and egg. Blend well and knead till smooth.

  • Let sit 5 min in bowl.

  • Divide 6 pieces.

  • Cover custard cups to form bowl shape.

  • Let rise 30 min.

  • Bake 375* 20-30 min
