Bread Bowls
Ingredients
1 Pkg. Hot Roll Mix
1 Cup Mashed Potato Flakes
1 Tbsp. Dried Chives
1Tsp. Dried Minced Onion
1 ½ Warm Water
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 Egg
Directions
Invert 6 greased custard cups on greased cookie sheet.
Combine hot roll mix, potato flakes, chives onion and yeast.
Stir in water, butter and egg. Blend well and knead till smooth.
Let sit 5 min in bowl.
Divide 6 pieces.
Cover custard cups to form bowl shape.
Let rise 30 min.
Bake 375* 20-30 min
