Eggrolls

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ -2 Lbs. Hamburg

  • 1 Small Cabbage

  • 4 Carrots

  • 1 Onion

  • 4 Stalks of Celery

  • 2 Green Onions

  • 2 Clear noodles- mung bean

  • ½ bottle Sesame Seed Oil

  • Sesame Seeds

  • 2 Pkgs. Egg Roll Wrappers

Directions

  • Steam cabbage until soft, chop finely.

  • Grate carrots, chop onions, dice celery, slice green onions.

  • Stir fry vegetables in oil for 2-3 min. add to cabbage.

  • Fry hamburg, drain them and add to vegetables.

  • Soak clear noodles in water then boil for 4 min. remove, drain, then cut small.

  • Add to vegetables and meat.

  • Add ½ bottle sesame seed oil and ½ jar sesame seeds.

  • Mix well.

  • Place mixture in middle of wrapper.

  • Fold use water to hold edges down.

  • Fry till light brown.

  • May Freeze, wrap individually.
