Pretzel Rolls

Ingredients

  • 6-7 Cups flour

  • 1 Tsp. Salt

  • 3 Tbsp. Canola Oil

  • 2 Tsp. yeast

  • 2 ½ Cups milk, slightly warmed

  • 1 cup Water, Warm

Directions

  • Bath Water 7 Cups Water, 1 Tbsp. Salt, 4 Tbsp. Baking Powder

  • Mix yeast with warm milk. Let rest 10 min.

  • 6 ¾ cup flour and salt in bowl.

  • Add canola oil and warmed water to yeast.

  • Add to flour bowl. Knead till smooth.

  • Cover for 1 hour. Punch down dough.

  • Cut into 15 pieces form balls by pulling dough under. Place on greased surface. Let rise.

  • Make bath water.

  • Bring to a boil poach balls for 1 min. place on well greased cooking sheet.

  • Cut 2 to 3 lines in top.

  • Sprinkle with sea salt.

  • Bake 400º for 20-25 min
