Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup flour

  • 1 Cup Milk

  • 2 Eggs

  • ½ Tsp. Salt

  • ½ cup meat drippings or butter

Directions

  • Mix till smooth.

  • Preheat with butter/drippings.

  • Add mixture.

  • Bake @ 425º 30 min
