Brotchen and Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 2Pks Yeast

  • 2 ½ Cups Warm Water

  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar

  • 2Tsp. Salt

  • 3 Egg Whites (Beaten)

  • 1 Egg

  • 2Tbsp. Shortening

  • 7Cups Flour

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients but flour and egg whites.

  • Beat egg whites fold into mixture.

  • Add flour mix well.

  • Knead- put oil in bowl let rise.

  • Punch down, Let rise.

  • divide onto greased sheet.

  • Bake @ 425º 12-20 min *use ice in pan
