Cocoa Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 3/4 cup baking cocoa

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil

  • 4 large eggs, lightly beaten

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

  • Step 1 Preheat the oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt and nuts. Set aside. In another bowl, thoroughly combine the oil, eggs and vanilla. Gently add to dry ingredients with the help of a rubber spatula.

  • Step 2 Spread in a 13×9-in. Bake the brownies for 20-25 minutes. @ 350
